- Introduction
WABA MANAGER is a platform developed by Business Mind to provide businesses with access to WhatsApp Business API services. By signing up or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.
- Use of the Platform
- Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
- The Platform must only be used for lawful business purposes.
- Users agree not to use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, scams, religious content, or any prohibited or sensitive content.
- Any misuse will result in permanent suspension of the account, loss of access, and may be reported to authorities.
- Compliance with META Policies
- WABA MANAGER integrates with the WhatsApp Business API via Meta (formerly Facebook).
- All users must adhere strictly to Meta’s Business Policies, Commerce Policies, and WhatsApp API Terms.
- WABA MANAGER has no control over Meta’s review, approval, or enforcement decisions.
- Any banning, suspension, flagging, or limitations of a user’s WhatsApp Business Account or phone number are at Meta’s discretion and WABA MANAGER is not responsible or liable for these actions.
- Account Setup and Meta Verification
To start using the WhatsApp Business API through WABA MANAGER, users must:
- Sign up at www.wabamanager.com
- Connect their WhatsApp number via the settings dashboard (requires a valid Facebook Business account)
- Complete the business profile setup (logo, email, website, etc.)
- Log in to https://business.facebook.com and add a Payment Method
- Complete Business Verification (minimum two valid documents like trade license, VAT certificate, utility bill, or incorporation certificate)
Note: Meta takes approximately 2 business days to complete verification but may require additional documents or extend timelines per their internal policies.
- Message Sending Limits
- Upon connecting your number, Meta initially allows sending up to 250 messages/day.
- After business verification, this increases to 1,000 messages/day.
- Higher quotas such as 10,000, 100,000, or unlimited are subject to Meta’s approval and your account’s quality score.
WABA MANAGER does not guarantee or influence Meta’s quota escalation process.
- Subscription & Payment Terms
- By subscribing to WABA MANAGER plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees based on your chosen plan.
- All payments are final. We offer a strict NO REFUND policy under any circumstances.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Sending an email to support@wabamanager.com, or
- Submitting a support ticket via your dashboard
Important: Please inform us 15 days before your renewal date. If not, the subscription will renew automatically and charges will apply.
- Free Trial
- We offer a 14-day free trial with limited access for evaluation purposes.
- Users are under no obligation to subscribe after the trial period.
- Choosing to subscribe is at the user’s discretion, and WABA MANAGER makes no guarantees of service satisfaction.
- We strive to provide the best possible experience but do not claim or commit to 100% uptime, functionality, or success.
- Intellectual Property
- All content, code, and branding on the WABA MANAGER platform remain the intellectual property of Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
- Limitation of Liability
- WABA MANAGER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Misuse of the platform
- META’s decisions (including number bans or account suspensions)
- Delays, downtime, or service interruptions
- Loss of business or data
- Termination of Access
WABA MANAGER reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of META’s policies
- Misuse or abuse of platform features
- Any unlawful or unauthorized activity
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
- Changes to the Terms
WABA MANAGER reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
