WABA MANAGER Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WABA MANAGER, a product of Business Mind FZE, based in the United Arab Emirates. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WABA MANAGER, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

  • Account Registration: You must register for an account to use WABA MANAGER. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates and any other jurisdiction from which you access our services.
  • Prohibited Activities: We strictly prohibit the use of WABA MANAGER for SPAM messaging, religious messages, or any content that is abusive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Pricing: All services are billed in AED. Detailed pricing information is provided on our Pricing page.
  • No Refund Policy: All payments made for WABA MANAGER services are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and any additional charges for optional services.
  • Billing: Message charges are payable to META directly on a post-paid billing method. Please refer to META’s terms and policies for detailed information.

4. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions or if we believe your actions may harm our platform or other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Business Mind FZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use WABA MANAGER, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

6. META Terms & Policies

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, you must also comply with META’s terms and policies when using the WhatsApp Business API. Failure to comply with META’s policies may result in the suspension or termination of your WhatsApp Business account.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of WABA MANAGER constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
